Are you opening a Sarasota location?
Yes — we're excited to be expanding into Sarasota to make it easier for patients throughout the region to reach us. Our Venice and Port Charlotte offices remain open now, and we'll share Sarasota's opening date and address as soon as it's confirmed. Call (941) 237-0050 and our team can let you know the latest timeline.
Where are your current offices located?
We currently see patients at two locations: our Venice office at 1505 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 405 (with procedures performed at 1525 S. Tamiami Trail, Suite 601), and our Port Charlotte office at 3390 Tamiami Trail, Suite 201 & 202. Both are open Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm.
Do I need a referral to schedule an appointment?
In most cases, no — many of our interventional treatments do not require a formal referral. However, some insurance plans do require one. Call our central scheduling line at (941) 237-0050 and our team will verify your specific coverage before your visit.
What insurance do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major commercial insurance plans, and we are now accepting Workers' Compensation as well. View our full list of accepted insurance carriers, or call us to confirm your specific plan.
When should I see a pain management specialist?
If you've experienced pain lasting more than seven days, or you're noticing radiating numbness, tingling, or sharp sensations in your arms or legs, it's a good time to schedule a diagnostic visit. Our physicians treat chronic back, neck, and joint pain as well as nerve-related conditions throughout Southwest Florida.
What makes interventional pain management different?
Rather than relying only on oral medication, our board-certified physicians use fluoroscopic (live X-ray) guidance to deliver treatment with pinpoint accuracy directly to the affected nerve or joint. This targeted approach — including epidural injections, radiofrequency ablation, and nerve blocks — often provides more effective, longer-lasting relief with a minimally invasive procedure.
What is recovery like after a procedure?
Our procedures are minimally invasive and performed on an outpatient basis, so there's no hospital stay required. Most patients are able to return to light activities — such as golfing or social outings — within 24 to 48 hours.
